sorry if this is obvious but how during a challenge do you see individual votes or are you just working it out?
wahoo indeed. those same people are giving me those same numbers. what happened to individual judgment I wonder.
It disappeared with friend voting, thumbnail voting, refusing to leave comments on votes under 3 voting and....using 1-3 as your voting scale and expecting people to give 'your' shot a 10! :P And one cannot forget the 'speed' voting! Heaven forbid someone look at an entry longer than one second after it pops up on the screen! I'm sure they can see everything in these photos in one second or less!!!
Mine is suffering from DNMC for that last reason I"m guessing.
You're doing much better than I, Steve, lol! Mine dropped like a stone overnight and has just now climbed back to a lowly 4.06! I doubt I'll see 5 and I like my shot. (For that reason, why would I expect it to get above a 5.0, lol!)

The black frames seem to be gaining in popularity. Why?...I cannot fathom.

19/10/2011 Now sitting at 9 comments and still a terrible score on what I thought was a good photo but I was in the bundus and not able to edit much. Also did not see the obvious or maybe subconsciously did not think it would matter, or maybe I hoped it would not matter. Any case, to me it is a very special photograph.
