Also most people aren't paying for photographic props (as it seems some people do here), and really end up taking pictures of what's around them when they are out and about on a daily basis. So everyday objects and scenery really. If it's captured in an interesting way and makes a good photo then why shouldn't it be OK to enter it?? Every challenge I've voted on has an idea that is repeated but I try to judge them on their own merits and not whether it is simialr to another photo in the challenge.
With a topic like wheels there are bound to be loads of similar shots (and indeed there are) - it's judging which are the better ones. And there are some fantasctic photographs in the wheels challenge (mine obviously not one of them as I'm hovering around the 4.3 mark) - it would be a great shame if people voted them down if they aren't original) |
