It never was a rule, just a guideline, and to be honest the majority of people ignored it, or gave fairly meaningless feedback.
The best way of getting constructive criticism after the challenge is to post the photo in a thread asking for critiques. If people know that the photographer is genuinely interested in criticism, good or bad, they are more likely to give their time up to make comment.

Thanks for the comment Ja. I agree with you. I rushed (no excuse) to make this entry to break the ice on challenges. Looking forward to more and maybe putting more effort into my entries. Fun so far!

High number of votes here. It was 4.8ish at 100 votes. Glad to see it taking a rise.
I expected this to be around 5.2 (with a wish for 5.5) so I'm a little surprised. But at least it's over 5, I suppose.
