I would accept that a great deal of terrorism has been caused by Muslim extremists, but it is a quantum leap to ascribe that label to all of that faith... I could give an example but will refrain from doing so.

Terrorism has been around before 9-11, it has a long history from Robespierre to Baader/Meinhoff, from the ETA Basques, the Shining path in Peru, to the IRA, there are over 200 terrorist groups active in the world today. A disproportionate number are Islamic, but they don't have a corner on the crazy and dangerous.
My point being that not all terrorists are Arabic or Muslim,

Here is a list of those who were involved, as well as the two who were charged in the Oklahoma City bombing. Deny it or not, this an act of an ongoing group that is currently active.
You asked for groups that are terrorists, you didn't qualify that it has to relate directly to air travel. Did you want to further narrow down you search terms?
