That should be fine. If the makeup is subtle, it wouldn't be a problem. But if, for example, you changed the shape of the lips significantly with your virtual lipstick, this might be a no-no. A light application of blush ought to be fine, but a noticeable circle would run afoul of the "new elements" proscription. Likewise for heavy eyeliner added in post.
That's how I'd interpret it anyway. But I'm not SC, not by a long, long shot :-)
