How many people are as disgusted as I am with all the ID ten T's that have failed to read and thought this was a weather challenge... Crap, I'm not even done voting yet and I want to yell at them.
To be fair, "Create a photo in which the subject appears to have been affected by the weather" could be applied to a wet street, a canyon shaped by water, a person soaked from the rain etc., it all depends on how you choose to interprit the challenge. Don't assume that everyone took the same from that description as you did.

I agree with you, but I had that discussion with another member that was asking for feedback and they suggested a re-read of the challenge description: "Create a photo in which the subject appears to have been affected by the weather."

As am I, and I have revised one vote. The other three (five actually, in two the weathered object is not the subject...), they are still completely off-kilter.

Dunno... My camera seems to do better sometimes, I'd be glad to trade you if you think it might help ;)
(Probably something to do with the extra "0" in my model number or something...)
Nahhh...I'll stick to my Mark II's....they compliment each other. But I have a couple of Mark I's sitting here you can borrow....oh that's right, you can't swim that far...oh well...better luck next time! Hehehehe!

My wife new I could not shoot and I guess I had should have listened to her. If this finishes below 5 I will give up. One must know when they do not have the talent to meet the majority of others.
I agree... the voters are sucking eggs big time of late. Challenge descriptions are ignored by the voters and the photographer who follows instructions is doomed.

Quite a number of heavily Topazed and HDR shots! Interesting because heavily topazed are not usually faves in here. It'll be interesting to see if voters adapt well to it or not. I've been itching to do more Topaz but, hesitate because it's not received well by the masses. :)

I'm a little disappointed in this......I really thought it'd do better.
Now my husband emails me and tells me what a dummy I was to enter the one that I did, and that the other one would have been 6+. Sure, just because he's working late shift in Chicago, and was asleep when I needed his input. You just can't count on these nice, hard working husbands!
