Last 10 challenges in which you participated. The calculation is a sum of the percentile finishes divided by 10.
open challenges right...not FS or speed challenges
Weekly challenges. Members and open both; so if you're a member you have two chances to score during a given week, and your team can use the best of those two scores. Or at least that's how it was last time around.

Are the statistics used to determine the 80% (sounds like the last 10 challenges), frozen at this point? If a team manager is computing the 80% on the current numbers, there are 3 challenges running, if you're doing well in those challenges, it could really mess with the placement for the team...
Technical question... can I start a team with a skeleton crew and then invite more people after I've started it?
just start a team and then fill it up with free agents
The trick is getting the free agents to accept the invite.
I would accept an invite, but I'm so low on that list I doubt anyone is going to invite me to their team
I was in this position, the first time I was in one of these leagues. I started my own team, we had a great time and learned a ton from each other. Perhaps if you really want to be on a team and cannot get an invite you should go this route.

Well throw me a bone, you've been where I am, help lower your percentage, bring me on your team
We have an Aussie team partially lined up, but will have to wait till Monday to create the team. Do all the members need to join the free agent pool to join the team, or can we invite them directly?
Also, any Aussies that we have forgotten and are interested - let Vlado or myself know.
