The other alternative is I do have a Jeep my brother loaned me.... it's road-worthiness is somewhat of an issue but I'm always up for an adventure.
Sounds like fun! I've made that drive in a jeep, great if the weather is nice! Tell you what...throw some bags on your bike and head out to the PCH. We will pick you up in Santa Monica!

I've never used either site for information, but they've been around for several years and appear to be reliable.
Ahhh, damn. I'd love to get out there again this year. Been there twice before with the LA DPC group. Unfortunately, I'm not making the annual pilgrimage to Vegas this year, so no opportunity for me. Here's hoping y'all get a good bloom.
