This one is on her Facebook photo album. There is an option on that page to report the photo and there is a link to claim it as your intellectual property.
Facebook asks the question "Is this your intellectual property?" If it were mine then I would click on it and answer the question. I can't do it for you though.

Thanks to SaraR for letting me know about this tread. I did fill the Intellectual Property Form on Facebook, now I'll wait to see what will happen.
