Just wanted to pop in and say i have browsed but not voted so far & there are some really wonderful shots in this one!! I think I may have spotted a couple of people styles, but I may well be wrong. Will vote later when I am on my proper monotor
I don't quite have a style yet so I re-shot a previous photo that I took waaay back in 2003/2004 somewhere. I shot the current photo with a 12.1 megapixel dslr and the previous photo with my little 3.1 megapixel automatic point and shoot. I had a 5.5 something on the last photo and I am going to be way under that with my current score. In fact, I have yet to beat any one of my scores from the 2003/2004 era. So maybe that will be my goal this year...
This is my second Challenge, my moon entry didn't come in last at least :) Hopefully this one will do better, I was more intentional about the shot and editing. Looking forward to honing my skills here.
So, I'm new and have a question. I've noticed some of you can see the ratings....like you put "I got a 7." (or a 5 or 6 or whatever). Where do you see that. And also, can you see the comments already. (I don't have any but was just wondering.) Thanks!
You can't really see the score you got, but there's a way to figure out what someone just gave you - some complex math formula! And when you get a comment, it appears below your entry. You can click on the thumbnail ofyour entry to see it.

there is a very nice excel sheet where this formula has been included, try to search "DPC Vote Tracker" on the forum, i do not remember where is...
