The Council members have said before that they can take into acount time zones so if you can take a shot now you're golden! I'm just taking experimental shots now but have three or four good ideas to work up...
Great - a 'black' challenge and this is the first day in 4 years we've had snow here!
Goofy - it'll be as warm in Calgary today as it is in Austin (36F). Too bad the challenge wasn't "Sludgy Melting Snow and Dirty Windshields". I'd rock at that challenge.
