That is actually my next short term goal Steve. You have a lot of great shots on that first page, but I did tell you awhile back that I was coming for you. LOL. In due time... I'm not looking to really knock any shots off the page in particular...obviously, but I do want to get that page filled up with my shots as well as you did with yours! :) I like baby steps...I'm not going anywhere so I have time! Thanks Steve for the kinds words my friend.
Hardly a high scorer, but I just had the satisfaction of hearing a pompous ribbon-winner predict a brown ribbon for me.
Hmmm, well that narrows it down to at least a few people...LOL. Obviously you won't be getting the brown ribbon with a 5.4 score and I don't think any voter should be making comments of that nature on anyone's image no matter how bad they think it will do. That has been one of my pet peeves with DPC from the start. It's fine if someone doesn't like an image, but they should be pointing out what they feel is wrong with it in a respectable and helpful manner rather than making someone feel like crap. I don't get a lot of comments one way or the other, but I read a ton of them on here that have made my jaw drop due to the rudeness and lack of tact. Hopefully that will improve someday, but don't hold your breath.
