Peoples trigger fingers seem to be locked on the lower numbers...lol. Mine included. I'm not seeing the point to a lot of the images or where the blur does much for the subject or the shot overall. My shot does work although I don't think people are giving the extra 1 second it may take to process. Voters are either a bit mad, confused or just ripping through. Ah well...no biggie but my hopes of a 6 or better are gone.
But it's hard when you don't understand if your score sucks because of the photo or because of interpretations that would never occur to someone who's been here less than a year.
LOL! After you've been here a while, then you learn its simply because the photo sucks.

Hey - at least you got a favorite! I think that means more then the score sometimes - if you could make enough of an impact on at least one person with your photo, then you did a Wonderful job!
My score is falling quite rapidly. I'll say I don't mind (I really do) but I did get a good comment from Judy and I am VERY happy about that!
so cool! I don't think I've ever gotten a Judi comment before...
As for learning that your photo just sucks, that's so much easier to live with! It's a much happier thought than listening to everyone's interpretations :D
Jutilda is someone who really should have won a ribbon by now. I still can't believe she hasn't - with all the amazing work she has!
You're right. I never really noticed before. She places so high pretty regularly, I just assumed she had at least 1 or 2. She does some wonderful treatments.
I am slowly working on trying to comment on all the photos in this challenge. I have 9% completed right now. I am going to try to make them as meaningful as I can, though don't hold much to them and I usually have NO idea what I am talking about! It may take me all week - but I will get them in, I promise!
I am hoping if I comment on photos, I will get the favor returned, as I am still sitting a 0 comments!
