I've been slowly processing up images from the Maine trip, got a lot of nice ones. I'm hampered somewhat by challenge entries in voting and a need to preserve the integrity of my FS entry for this month, but here's some of what I've got processed thus far:
  
  
That's my sweetie  Penny_Weaver shooting on the rocks. The Escape turns out to be a fine, fine road trip vehicle, super-comfortable and delivered nearly 24 MPG for the trip, not bad at all for a 4WD SUV. More to come. Sorry nobody was able to hook up with us there, but we had a blast.

I must be getting old. I thought about Havana Harbor too. My great grandfather was at the telegraph station at Punta Rassa Fl when the news came in over the wire about the sinking.
I like the shots you have posted of your trip north Robert.

Nice work, Robert.
Glad to hear of your satisfaction with the Escape as well.
I like them and have contemplated one myself......my '07 Focus is just not quite enough of a truck to suit me.....8>)
