Yes, it is me shez sherpet as I have been out of action now for 6 months re no photography here at DPC due to my health issues. I have missed you all so very much. The past few week have been better ones for me and last week Peter brought me some flowers for Mothers Day. I looked at them and my first thought was I should not have packed all my camera gear away.

Later that day I decided to get my Canon 350 camera out, and I surprised myself and took some photos. I really a little excited and was pleased with some of the photos I took. It been way to long and I now feel I would like to maybe share some with you all here if you let me. Not everyday, as I never know what the day will bring re my health. Hopefully it will be OK with you all and hope you like what I share with you.

Please let me know as I am processing some today.

I'm sending a PM to Shez...of course we welcome you with open arms !!! I'm sure all of us here feel the same - we have missed your presence & your beautiful photos .

Hey I am BACK and did anyone miss me.....I have not taken a photo since November 2008 due to my health.

I hope you like my new Gerbera, as I enjoyed photographing the wonderful color, detail and textures it has. This is one of a series of 'Monet' style photos of my new 'Gerbera' flowering plant that Peter gave me for Mothers Day.

I hope you enjoy this 'Monet' series of photos..... love shez

I've been posting quite a few images which have been sharp and dark, so time for a change; here is one that is soft and light:



It is a lily that I took from a vase and into the garden shooting it backlit by sunlight. I think I wish it was less enface.
