I've had a look through some of the photos here - very interesting. Will need more time to study them before I can comment. This is so different from most of the photos for voting. Lots of fun.
My greatest observation on my own work so far is that I'm really struggling with the manual focusing. Yet I surprised myself last night when I took a few shots of a toy using my 50mm 1.8 lens and the manual focused one came out better than those for which I used autofocus. If I really work at this side challenge, I think I can learn a lot this month.
I haven't forgotten! I just got back from vacation, got unpacked and somewhat settled in at home again. I will get my Lensbaby out and try to get some shots this weekend! My daughter announced her engagement at Christmas (we are thrilled .. my first child to get married). We are going dress shopping tomorrow and I think this might be a fun time to get the lensbaby out!
