I fought long time with myself wether I should submit anything this month except for MFS II and finally decided to enter Periodic Table and Red III. Now I can't. Must be a sign.
So the key is to delete one of your own portfolio images, then quickly upload to one of the challenges. I don't have anything for today's challenge and if it's not postponed due to the error maybe I can shoehorn something and get a top 25.
Frustrating to say the least - and we who live a couple of hours ahead you DPC Control Centre, if it's not up and running by my bedtime, I'm going to have to set the alarm for somewhere around 4.00am to try and get a last minute upload in. Here's hoping that all pans out ...

Has anyone noticed that the number of entries for the challanges are slowly dropping? Red III was 55 an hour or so ago, now down to 52??
My guess (and it's only a guess) is that when people are updating previosuly uploaded images, their entry is getting dropped. Something like that probably...
We've chewed up all the capacity available on the server.

The SC devises a plan
all members are asked to buy an extra year's membership in advance to offset the cost of server space
it's a nice plan but it requires close to 100% of members to respond
So dpc is listed on the stock exchange and mr & mrs SC & Landon request permission to sell challenge entries as stock. Those who respond positively may receive one share in the new company in exchange for their purchase of one extra year's membership in advance.
Well it certainly won't upload for me.
Probably means that it'll be fixed 2 hours before deadline when us Europeans are tucked up in bed.
Another afternoon behind the camera to no avail.
Ah well, I guess it's all good experience.
