I made a donation and thank you for you fundraising efforts. It's not easy, especially with people having so many financial problems right now. Those of us who have been blessed with a steady job, and enough to cover the basics should do our part to help.
I am in charge of an arts and crafts show to benefit Habitat for Humanity in a few weeks. This is our first year, and I'm hoping it's profitable for the organization and for our vendors. Keep the event in your thoughts and prayers please! Thanks.
Thanks for your donation, and you're right. It is challenging to raise money for any charity in this environment, so I'm especially grateful to everyone who is stretching their already tight bughets to do what they can.
I had this idea recently: Charge up all my credit cards by donating to all my favorite charities and then get the government to bail me out! This way, it's like I have direct control over government funding of social programs. Go ahead, try it! Let's start a movement. Who's with me??

Little afternoon bump. Come on guys, lets all help this wonderful effort on behalf of all DPCers who have this debilitating disease (and also the husbands and wives of DPCers who suffer with it).
