I know I've been away for a while (the economy being what it is, I'm working my 2nd job a lot more than I was before).
Many of you know that I've been involved with helping to find a cure for MS since 2002, and have helped me along the way. This weekend, I will be walking 50 kilometers (30 miles) for MS. The money raised from this walk not only funds research to find better treatments and ultimately a cure for MS, but also to provide essential services to people living with MS today. In order to be eligible to walk, I am required to raise a total of $1,500. I'm about 2/3 of the way there counting offline donations. The DPC community has always come through for me (and, more importantly, for people living with MS) in a big way, and we're counting on you again this year.
Would you please take a moment to make a donation to help this worthy cause? You can donate online here. A donation of $50 ($1/km) would be great, but, of course, any donation amount helps tremendously. Donations of even $5 or $10 add up quickly, and make a big difference.

counting the checks I've received offline, I'm at $1485. Tht's just a few dollars short of the minimum requirement, but obviously the more I can raise, the closer we are to a cure!
