I wish. I went with something that I really liked knowing full well it would score low. All three scores I amlooking at are well below my overall average. Painful week.
Judging by the thread there are like 100 people above 6.5. I am guessing it will take a 7.5 to win and a 7.2 to take third?
I think 7.7 to win and 7.4 for 3rd. A 7.0 will get you a big top 20, maybe top 15.

No, not at all. After the top 25 or so that are scoring amazing, all the remaining photos are still very, very good at their normal scores. So your 5.3 is still a nice score and likely will be about average for the challenge. :) Certainly not the equiv of a normal 3.

My scores are off. Life is generally much pleasanter that way. And as an added benefit, I can see all three of my pictures in current challenges without scrolling, and I really do rather like them, too. :-)
Yes, Melethia, that is a nice space to be in. I definitely feel that way about my FS entry. And I guess I've been here just long enough to hold fast to what I really like in spite of technical/DPC style shortcomings.
