i used this layer i lend from a painting out of a museum
quite dramatic outcome i think but also kinda apropriete 'cause they are ruining my favourite and closest place for a quiet walk with a bunch of highways
had to dome some resizing on the texture to make the horizon fit somehow and also get rid of a few waves at the lower part
I have only just seen these and like the effect

You can start by checking out the Texture Library Gallery. It's also fun to just make your own by shooting interesting textures. Warning: It's addictive once you get started. :)
