Not that anyone pays too much attention to my whereabouts, but so no one worries, I'm leaving in a couple hours to Ocean City for a few days. No computer access, so I talk at ya sometime Monday night!
Mary's quite right. Not a drop of alcohol to be found in family friendly Ocean City, and no slot machines or gaming tables either. But lots of games of chance on the board walk, so I could win a teddy bear. Lots of pictures will be taken! Most will be on the beach (as long as the rain holds off) during the day and the famous (and sometimes infamous) board walk at night.
OK, so why did I think Atlantic City? Maybe the association with New Jersey, perhaps? Looks like it's probably a fun place just the same, and perhaps a bit less hectic? Still looking forward to the pics, though!

I've been MIA for months because of work, but I seem to just about be getting on top of it nowadays... I've even had time to use my camera recently - very exciting :)
Hopefully I'll be entering a few more challenges soon - it feels like there's something missing in my life without the update button!
Hi everyone, I have missed you all, and not been involved that much here, but I do read the thread each and everyday. Nothing much happening here, with me at the moment, except I am busy processing my images of my family.
We recently flew down to Melbourne to see our new 10 week old grandson Landon, and also to catch up with our other grandson Judd, who is 16 months now. Time flies thats for sure.
I have processed some images but still have more to do. I am doing most of them in Black and white.

Not much new in the House of Birman Fur. Princess Conehead (err, Lily) is adapting well, have her on vitamin supplements and Lyeceine to boost her immune system...not long ago, Druli charged her. Well the other day she charged him as he was preparing to jump on the bed, little clawless paws flailing, growling and hissing, I saw an alarmed look on Druli's face before he vanished from view...too funny!

I'm in for single line, first submission for June from me. I know everyone says this, but I really have a good feeling this entry will totally bomb with the voters. But it's purty and I like it and it makes sense - to me, anyway - for the challenge. Wheeeeeeeeeeeee...............

I had a GREAT weekend!
I had a solo show in the garden on "The Block" in Carlisle, Pa, on Saturday....I sold fifteen images and had a terrific day with people telling me how much they loved my work.
Then this morning, I wake up to a PM from Karen sending me to the Member of the Week thread to discover......it was ME!!!!!

well, it just goes to show that once again I know absolutely nothing about the hearts and minds of the voters. Pleasantly surprised so far by this result:
