If you're not a paying member, you get an update at 10 past the hour. If you are, you get an update every time you press the update button. Which for most of us, it like ever 5-10 seconds after rollover.

If you're a paid member you get an update button. If you're a non-paid member I believe your score will get updated on every 10th minute of the hour...Hope this helps.
