OK so not the worst I've seen but hoping for better!! I just dont understand if your going to view then why not vote or at least if you think it isn't even worth a 1 then at least comment and say hey it sucked because of such and such....Grrr
i'm not pouting, please don't think that.
but i really think that this is starting to be taken over by soccer moms with point and shoot cameras and buddy voting.
Well, what I thought was pretty crappy maybe isn't so bad after all...

I'm going to have to get a membership just so I can watch my updates more often than once an hour -- it's killin' me. I really like this photo I put in, but I could see it going either way. I really liked my last submission, too, and it promptly turned into a personal worst score. :P
I put my votes in for you guys -- 100% voted on both the open challenges. Going back to comment now. I think I recall 6 or 7 really *awesome* shots in this challenge -- so I gotta think somebody's getting some good numbers (I know they got some from me)...
Don't ya ever just wanna kick your self when you find out that the pic you took for this challenge would work great for the next...lol I have come to realize on this site that no one else has the same eye for things as you do... what you think is amazing others may think are boring... you just have to not bank to much on others opinions and just take it for being able to share your Vision with others! Other wise it will drive ya Nutzo...lol

I see it all the time when I'm voting - funny how that works. Has not actually happened with my own pice though.
Mine was at a HUGE 7.4 after 12 votes, then I hit the update button and dropped a whole point to 6.4, get slightly depressed, then saw this thread and cannot believe the low scores going around. I guess I should be very happy to be as high as a 6.4. Those that know me will know I am ALWAYS happy with any score I get that is over my average.. Shocked is the word, but also glad the trolls slipped by without noticing me.
I wish people would say what they don't like. If they don't get the "partnership" and mine is one of the obvious ones, then I can deal with that ignorance. If they just don't like the photo, then I can deal with that too and learn.
At least on clearly defined challenges (not this one, it's more open), I had the decency to tell the photographer I thought it DNMC so they knew where the low vote was coming from and why.
On this one, there were a couple that I couldn't see a relationship on, but I didn't vote lower than a 3 I think, maybe 4 on this round, because in this case, I might be missing something "creative". And to all you whined in the other DNMC discussion threads, I stated several times that's how I normally vote.

This is a funny statement coming from you - one of the merry band of literal interpretation of challenges police.
I didn't enter this challenge because I feared my potential partner image would get killed by the literal interpreters for showing a pair of the same rather than two working together for mutual benefit.
Looking at the scores now, I am sure glad I stayed out...
I was really expecting a 3 or 2 from my entry, because I really - really disliked it!
I forgot yesterday was the deadline for the challenge and a few minutes before the deadlined poured over the shots I had taken this week to see if any could 'fit' the challenge. So I guess I'm pleased with it =)
