Voters frustrate me terribly, not really for the score, but no one wants to tell me why the heck my shot is below average, oh well.
but I thought a 4 was below average and 5 is average and above 5 is above average? :) :-D
ETA: at least you're above average! :) :-D I teeter above and below average ;) :-D but usually just right around it ;) *LOL* :)
Yeah I'm fine with the score, but technically it is below average, since the lowest you can give is a 1 and the highest is a 10. (10 + 1=11/2 = 5.5), really what I'm frustrated with is the fact that I love the shot, and absolutely no one else agrees enough to comment, or disagrees enough to comment, thats my point. Thanks for the encouragement though.
well i voted and gave an average vote of 6.9xx and have yet to have time to comment yet but i'm sure your shot is great :) worry not! :) :-D the low voters were out earlier giving out their 1's and 2's and 3's -- I got some of those on my dappled light entry without explanation of why *infact most of the comments i -did- get were really great and nice and supportive and gave some great feedback on ideas for other kinds of crops/borders etc...* (i think when someone gives you a 1 they should have to say -why- they're obviously saying its a -bad- photo so what is it that is -bad- in their minds eye right?) oh well in a perfect world... your score will raise no worries :) and comments will come :) :-D

This is doing much better than I anticipated. My score keeps dipping below 5.75 and then back up. I got at least one critical comment that both confirms what I already knew *and* gives me insight to a problem I hadn't considered. Great stuff.
EDIT: I swear, the minute I posted this my score started falling! LOL
