Not true in my case, I learned my useless facts in the 3rd grade.

When someone ask you to try to taste something new, 98% of the time they say it taste like chicken. (an unofficial stat but you know its true!)
I like to just use a random animal. My wife and I honeymooned in Alaska a couple of years ago -seems so much longer some how :)- and one day I had a musk ox burger for lunch. Later in the day we took a sunset whale watching cruise. We were talking to another couple on the boat and my wife mentioned the musk ox burger. They asked me, "Wow, what did that taste like." I said, with an utterly straight face, "hippo." They just looked at me for a moment and changed the subject.

Haha - classic! I'll remember that next time something like that happens (and yup it does in my life it seems - ever tried lamb testicles? well they taste like lamb's testicles really... ;))
