We could always venture out into the night and find an interesting backdrop and do some bad ass wickedly lit Band Photos. We could be rock stars for a night and Adam could get some practice. We can be the Mad City F-Stops. Imagine the looks people would give with a dozen strobes set up around us, lol
I'd like to go but it's graduation weekend for my oldest and with diesel approaching 4.20/gallon I'll have to pass. Sounds like a good time with goods eats. have fun.
Hey Dave, When did you come back? Have you seen the other GTG threads?

Have you thought about a meeting place yet? Same place I met you last time is probably the easiest for everyone to find.
That was by the "Forward" statue at the corner of State St. and square, right? That's probably the best place. Do you know if you can come over for the BBQ yet?
Maybe I should clarify my last message for those literalists among us: if it snows in Madison Wisconsin, on the 24th...
Oh, by they way, everyone please decide what you want to bring. I'm supplying meats for the grill and bread (buns). We need drinks, chips, desserts, sides, whatever. Pick something you like to make (or buy) and let me know. I'll revise the list in the OP.
9:00 Meet on the capitol square in front of the Camera Company Store (near State Street entrance), 24 North Carroll Street, Madison, WI. Google Map. We had talked about meeting under the statue on the steps leading up from State St. to the capitol building, but that entire corner is fenced off for construction purposes.
2:00 Meet at my house on the West side for food, fun, bad jokes, and relaxation. Following that, back out for more shooting TBD.
Everyone please PM me your cell number and email address. I'll collect a contact list and email it back to everyone. Cell numbers in case anyone needs to contact somebody Saturday morning in case of late arrivals. I'll also email you my address and directions to my house.
