"I then explained again that the order was 7 days late already, so if he waived the 2nd day airr charge, I would agree to the upgraded battery and the additional $135 charge. He called me a "stupid piece of $hit" and said there was no way he would do that. I responed by saying "that is completely unprofessional." He then said he was from Brooklyn, NY (I guess I was supposed to be impressed or scared or something ??) and was "gonna kick my Ohio A$$!""
I don't get it - how are companies like this allowed to stay in business? Surely what they are doing is illegal?
