Darn! Even tho I'm in San Antonio, I wish I could pick up Jutilda on the way and go. I've been wanting to do a wildflower trail forever -- and have never as long as I've lived in San Antonio gotten good wildflower photos.

And I know how fun it is to hang out with BergieKat at GTG's. Wahhhhh. . .I wanna go :(

The proposed meeting place is right off of I-20. Any idea when folks would like to meet up?

Since I probably have the shortest drive, we can park the cars where we meet up and I will drive up the trail. I have a 4 door pickup and GPS for the laptop. It's also near Lake O' the Pines also so we may go off the flower trail for a little while.

Kat just emailed me and asked about possibly moving it to Sunday so others may be able to join us. Thoughts? I am flexible, my other half is going to be in San Antonio so my only commitment for the weekend is taking care of the dogs.

Saturday is still fine, just trying to help out those that had conflicts!

Sandy...you and Jutilda can come up and crash at the house on Friday and Saturday if you need/want! (I have wine...) :P

We haven't gotten any feedback on shifting to Sunday either. So for now it looks like it'll be Saturday and we haven't set a time yet.

Kat what's a good time to meet? I was thinking about 6:30am to catch the magic morning light! j/k I was thinking around 9 to 9:30.

Sunday would have to be after church for us...sorry. Saturday, since the boys have a game, we're just going to go to the zoo in Tyler afterwards. Y'all have a good time Saturday morning and take lots of pics! :)
