Is there any way to get someone to review a photo before the submission to check to make sure you havn't done anything illegal to it?

I'm considering entering a photo into the free study but i'm not sure if i've over-edited the image to make it illegal and would like some help in the matter.

You can submit a request to the SC under the "Help" function - attach the jpeg and your editing steps.
