I'm too stupid to put up the little box - how do I do that?
Right click, save, upload to portfolio, insert thumbnail to portfolio like I did the first time. Or start reply to a previous one, copy the http code, paste into your real message, then change the part of the URL that's unique for you, like I did the 2nd time. I'm sure there is a nerdier way, but I haven't figured it out.

No need to upload to your portfolio. Use the 4th link from the right above the post box and enter the url of the image.
