I am pretty horrible using the controller on any shooter on the 360, I grew up on PC shooters and still prefer a keyboard mouse combo..
Hey Buzz, I'm telling ya, Rainbow 6 Vegas is way easy on a controller (way easier than kybd+mouse) actually most of the recent FPSes play well with controller. R6 Vegas 2 in two weeks be there...
Sorry about N+ the other night (you left a message) I got tied up in a On-line Co-op (start to finish) of R6 Vegas on Veteren with some bros, thats several hours I won't get back... but ended up with 50 Gamer Points I somehow missed, so it's all good.
Yes Mass Effect is really good I was playing that a few weeks ago then stopped, I'm sure I will get back to it. I am playing F.E.A.R Files now and Overlord which both are awesome. F.E.A.R Files is creppy as hell I play it with surround sound on and jumped out of my skin a few hours ago..lol that damn game makes you jump but its awesome. And Overlord is just too much fun you are a king whom has to rebuild his tower and you can control minions that fight for you..really fun game to play
Hey! I've got 2 360's (both are being sent off right now to be fixed, you'd think if you spent 400+ dollars on something it wouldn't break....twice!), the only game I really play online is halo3. My gamertag is VIR 2 the GO, send me a friend request if you wanna play! I won't be on for about a month, maybe less, depends on when I get my XBOX's back.
I wish I hadn't left my 360 in my apartment in Milwaukee while I'm break... Expect quite a few friend requests to be sent out when I return on Sunday afternoon. I'm working on climbing the ranks in COD4. I used to LOVE halo...and was quite good, but recently after COD4...it's not the same anymore. I, to be honest, like Halo 2 more than Halo 3 and like the first one over them all. There's nothing like a 16 player LAN game where you can yell at the guy/girl who killed you in the other room, it's a blast. Xbox Live just can't compare to that.

That said, I haven't upgraded to gold yet. I tried a few 30 day passes that should have worked - but didn't. Bah!
I think I haven't bothered because I am afraid that if I get sucked in my wife will suffer and be unhappy. Maybe I'll join and only play certain days.
FYI, I am more into co-op matches personally. Got bored of DeathMatch years ago. I realized I will never have the time to get my skills up, memorize maps, etc. So I will always be in that bottom quarter. That said, I think a DPC co-op Halo3 match might be a blast!

anybody here got Army of Two..... that game is awesome!!!! Just got it today and love it.. been playing all day just turned it off..

Need to finish the final Act in Contractor mode tonight, will look for ya online. Definately a good two player co-op, if you don't work together things go real bad. I can imagine Professional difficulty being quite insane.

Not really what I expected, but I suppose that I'll get to see how well Microsoft's service department works.
Thats the one thing that really ticks me off about these consoles, they really need to put the ability to load the fricken games on to the HD rather than just off of the DVD...

lol, jeez im a loser!! It's "VIR 2 the GO"....atleast I'm %99.9 it is...its a new gamertag..
yeah the optical drives can be a pain. got super smash brothers for the Wii and the drive won't read it. apparently the early units used a drive that won't read dual layers discs. it's off to nintendo of america for a free repair. supposed to get it back in 7 days.
