and as a personal side note, I do apologize for being a little slow on the shipping of these. I got all the blog orders out first. We are having to move out of our house very unexpectantly. The people we are renting it from havent been paying their mortgage and the bank is foreclosing on it. So we are in a rough position this month and are looking for a new place to live. So I may not be available as much as I usually am too. thanks for understanding. Everyones calenders either went out, or will go out in the morning. I have 3 orders to box up tonight and get out! I spent 1 hour at the post office today mailing orders.. Yuck!! LOL
You are an awesome woman for taking on as much of this task as you have. I'd dare say that it sounds like you've put in the most work on this! Kudos to you for seeing the job thru.
I'm sorry to hear that you have to go thru that ordeal of having to find a new place to live. I'm crossing my fingers for you that this means that something much better is coming along. Big hugs!

You may want to check the local regs, but it's possible that you cannot be evicted.
It is certainly worth it, especially if you have receipts, to go talk to the lending institution about the possibility of remaining there.
It's income, after all, and the lender really does not want a vacant property, ESPECIALLY in this financial climate, and it would be irresponsible to their shareholders, or anyone else they may answer to to evict paying tenants.
If they want to play hardball, consider the local papers for a human interest story about how a stupid, cruel, heartless lender will cut off its nose to spite its face.....that'll stop 'em dead in their tracks.
You have rights as a tenant, and at least around here, it takes months to evict someone for non-payment, and I'm seeing it as a given that you pay your rent.
I don't know an details, but if you're basically comfortable and happy, don't just up and leave.

I just wanted to pop in here and say how proud I am of all of you guys. We really did it. We pulled it together and we SOLD SOME FREAKING CALENDARS!!!

In less than 2 months, you managed to work with people all over the world to do something that might make a difference for someone. I know it meant a lot to my survivor. She really felt like she was doing something for someone else. I am so proud!!! *tears*
