Last time I got Xbox Live, my grades plummetted haha. I'm really thinking of getting a 3 month thing to try it out again and see how it goes but we'll see. I absolutely love Forza 2 and Halo 3. My roommate has Assasin's Creed but I'm waiting for him to beat it so I can start... Anyone play Forza 2?

I just brought home a 360. It came with two games, Forza2 which I played for a while until I sold my Eagle Talon to race with my Supra, and I hate the Supra so I said I was done with that game. It also came with Marvel Ultimate Alliance. That was fun for a bit. I nought NCAA 2008. I like Football and Baseball games so I have to get that one.

I think the problem started sometime early yesterday....its funny though sometimes it will tell me that I have a number of friends online but it wont let me get to any xbox live screens for example like to download demos or anything
We can't get logged in tonight and if we by chance get in we can't join any games (Halo 3). It's been going on since yesterday I think. Very frustrating!
Assassin's creed is a rent for me i think - tho i am keeping it now just because. Whilst the game is amazing, dont get me wrong - i just cant see myself playing through it again. I await the impending sequel... because you know it is coming!
Similar thing goes for Mass Effect - got it a few days ago and completed it today... absolutely amazing (and not really spoiling the plot here but also the first proper sex scene i have seen in a game! Minus maybe that lewd voyeur cutscene in the original C&C back in the day), but i dont think i will play it again any time soon. Maybe i am just getting old and not as interested in gaming on consoles... give me the latest installment of Total War and i'll be happy for months tho ;)

I agree with the last part of your statement, I have and beat Assassin's Creed and I was playing it over to show my friends the game but I dont want to play through the whole game again so I'm gonna trade it in this weekend. Great game but too start all over again its way to much to do and lol two bosses through the game pissed me off they were so hard to beat. But I did love the game it was awesome.
I am now playing lego star wars again, spiderman, and NHL 08 which is amazing.... anyone here play the NHL 08 its an awesome game!!!

Rock Band is insane sweet!!!! Funnest game I've played in a long time.
Yup broke down and got the bundle...
Now I remember why I am a Guitarist and not drummer or singer.
I worked up a sweat playing the drums (very good exercise as you get to some of those whacked out songs).
When I tried the singing side the cats ran away. but I've always cracked on the Kareoke people... but after doing it in rockband it is kind of fun.
Sorry i missed this thread but yea Rock band is awesome. I haven't played another game since it was released. i have gotten pretty good on all instruments. i have beaten guitar on hard and could beat on expert if not for green grass and high tides.(will happen soon)beat drums on medium and am working on hard. i love to play the drums so much. i already broke a set and had to have them send me a new one. I should be able to beat hard soon, i just have to get better at a few techniques. I am almost through the hard vocal career but that is pretty hard for me as I suck at singing.but it sure is fun.
I have over 4 million fans on band world tour and did a good part of that myself by singing and playing guitar at the same time. That is very challenging to read both charts at the same time. Crystal also help me get a good bit of the fans singing, she can sing on expert.

Anyone else having trouble with XBox Live? I'm trying to play some of my 360 and original XBox games on live but each time I try it says an update is needed...I get conveniently signed out of XBox live each time I try to update. A bunch of demo downloads were cancelled on me too = ( I've got the Silver membership with 1 month free Gold... think its just related to this?

I boutht he wireless sterring wheel to play Forza with and it is extremely difficult to get it to respond the way I want. It made playing the game a million times harder.
I'm nickster770 on xbox live - although atm I'm fairly addicted to Team Fortress 2 on the PC. If any other DPCers are into TF2 let me know...I'm [Pure.] Quasimojo :)
