I don't have the patience for landscapes and wildlife- wait for the sun or clouds or the deer to look your way or a foggy morning. No way.
I don't like shooting sports either, not at all. It's people, but there is no interaction. It's like shooting wildlife.
Macro interests me, but I don't have a macro lens.
Architectural interests me too, as do products, but but good product photography is not easy (at least for a beginner). I find it easier to light people than things. It may be a visualization thing as much as anything else.
I do childrens portraiture for a living. I like to do landscapes, sports action - especially motorsport - and wildlife. Also I quite enjoy doing night photography, mostly night landscapes though.

Long time I thought about what kind of photographer I could call myself. I guess "Freelance" is the best what describes me right now.
Here is what I want to do. I want to be able to go out, anywhere, take pictures, of anything, and sell them to various magazines or newspapers.
Besides that, I would like to be able to take studio pictures of models for commercials.
I don't want to be journalists nor wedding photographer but money in those two most likely, and I started that way. Not that I don't like them, it is fun to take photo for any occasion.

But the real answer is "Evolving Photography". Meaning, ever since I joined DPC, I'm changing the way I take photos....for the better. I'm trying to dip into a little of everything.
I don't really know how to answer it either. I'm finding that my passion is NOT portraits or event photography. I don't enjoy photographing people all that much. I like nature and artistic photography. The kind of things you would hang on your wall as an art piece. I don't know how to make money with that sort of thing really, but I enjoy taking those sorts of photos!
I preatty much soley photograph animals. I really dont think that im a very good photographer, I just work with animals so much that I know how to capture the emotion of the animal not just a pretty shot, and thats all that gets me by.
