Dustin , I'm confident in both your artistic and technical skills. You should do well. The real hurdle in your transition to wedding photog will be organizational. Study those shot lists and do your best to complete them.
As far as the ceremony and reception go. Shoot EVERYTHING. Shoot more than you need, you can always peel off the lesser shots later. Trust your gut and you'll be fine.

I want to stress the importance of a back-up camera body and a backup "person" body for that matter. My 20d failed as the bride and groom were coming down the aisle. My assistant got the shots while I scrambled for my back-up camera body. It happens!
I might also add that someone tripped over one of my alien bees. The sync cord no longer works with that light and it fired intermittently and then just quit altogether. I had to use my bracket assembly with my 580ex to finish the formals. Don't want to make you any more stressed than you are but be as prepared as you can be...just in case. Good luck.

Don't have either and won't for awhile because I am only 17 so I don't make nearly enough to afford lenses and a backup camera(which honestly isn't a priority)
and I won't be using strobes, just ambient light and my 430ex

If you dont have backup equipment, you better at least have insurance so when that shutter/flash/cf card fails that you arent sued for not delivering what is in the contract.

That might just work. Then if your camera fails, spend the next week drawing stick figure representations of the event. Heck, they might turn out better than the photos would have. Zzzing! just kidding there, Dustin!

You will be fine mate, a back up is a good idea and you can even find someone that will do it for the experience FREE, most of their shots will be a bit off but I used a mate of mine once who had never used a camera before, I set it to auto and he was shooting all day with a big smile on his face, met loads of new friends and got 40% of the shoot in print.

You can possibly borrow or rent a camera body, and/or some digital media cards. You can never have enough storage cards.
Shooting a lot is good, but have a list of the "Key" required/requested scenes. Refer to the list when you are getting close to the end of the card storage. Practice changing cards quick.

there are no rental services where I live.
