I'll never understand the scoring here. I'm currently entered in the weekend challenge and the Free Study. My weekend photo was taken and submitted in about five minutes, almost as a joke really, definitely not my best work, and it's currently at a 5.0. My Freestudy photo was one that I put a lot of thought into, It's a photo that I really really love, and it's currently at a 5.1. Go figure!

well you have to understand that one of many and i my humble opinion the main criteria for giving scores to the photos is the comparison with all others photos in the same challenge the voter has seen ...
AACKKK! Someone just hit my weekend shot with a DNMC=1 !! How is it POSSIBLE for someone to randomly decide that you did or didn't do that for the weekend???? Honestly, I'm floored.
I'm expecting trolls any moment... then I can go back to being disappointed as per my usual :)
Someone gave me a 1 because the photo title didn't describe what I did with my weekend. I think I'll join you in a little disappointment for a bit... (although it doesn't look like I was the only one)
Pleasantly surprised with the upward swing here. Thought the image was too title driven for the challenge. But I guess I see thats what voters might be looking for on this one.
Wow, looks like there are some heavy hitting scores here. Wonder if I'll even make the top 10 with my 6.7+ (if it holds, that is - have received a couple of nasty troll votes from which it bounced back - hope this trend continues).
For "where's Waldo" my score when I went to bed the first night, when I got up the next morning, and where I finally finished were all within .02.
This time I went to bed at 6.4375, woke to 5.7297. At this rate, I should end up with 5.02! Just kinda hurts when the first 10 votes were all 6 to 9... :(
Mine has come up a bit but as I said before Im not overly concerned with the score. If it scores high then great, if it tanks then oh well as I know there are a lot of very diverse people voting and I know theres no way to please everyone :)
