Cool, it'll be fun to play, thanks for welcoming me on board. I'm going to start entering challenges again even where I'm not "moved" by the challenge topic as practice for the new season, so that I'm in at least one per week up to (and obviously after) the competition begins. Besides, I got a shiny new (cheap) lens (Nikon 18-55 DX ED), and I gotta play!
I read that we'll have an "official" thread once things get going, so I guess that's where we'll all meet and talk once May 1 comes (which is supposedly the starting date where teams can officially form and join DPL)?

last season candlerain made the trading cards for us ... I'm not sure what is involved ... if you'd like, you can PM him and find out what needs to be done ...

I'm sure hoping to kick some butt this season ... the play-offs are calling me!!
Then someone needs to send an E-mail one hour before challenge submission night ends for me (when I go to bed at about 5 or 6 pm challenge time, since I'm in the UK) reminding me to LOOK AT THE DARNED THUMBNAIL before I submit! I entered the insects challenge and the thumb has no punch (I think if it's opened as an image it works, but not really as a thumb). So, it's not started off too well. Maybe I'll paste a post-it note to my laptop screen with crazy glue . . .
