You're right in one tiny respect; I should have used the term "supplier" instead of "customer".
Aside from that, you're just taking yet another opportunity to assert your personal opinion that microstock agencies are evil as absolute fact - which it simply isn't.
Hell, if you wanted an example of an agency treating suppliers with contempt you need look no further than a certain "macro" agency which seeks to dictate to it's suppliers how they should do business...
The words mean very different things, I would hardly call it a "tiny" difference.
The microstocks are one of the only business I can think of that pays their suppliers close to nothing and gets them to brag about it.
You're right, it is my opinion, it's not one unique to me though. It's widely held by many who believe their work is worth more than pocket change. If you feel yours isn't, you're free to give it away for pennies.
As for the other agency you mention, they don't tell their suppliers how to do business, they are only controlling who they buy from. It's no different than a business that has a sign, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone." or me not shopping at Wal-Mart because I dislike their business practices.

It's not "evil". It's brilliant on the part of the agencies. It's just not a good deal for everyone else.
