Also one of the reasons why I don't participate so much lately.
It will be used on the frontpage of a book (book itself is A4+ in size, photo probably will end up A5, published by an historic society) and is therefore blown up quite a bit from the original. But 97 years leave their marks.....
The quality of all these old photos is quite exceptional. I really like the light and compositions/classic poses of most of them. Most are also grainless and pinsharp.
Still 50 more for the inside to go. :)
But I'll give those 15 minutes max.

It's pretty good, but there is some text that is running right through the middle. I would clone that out. |

Very nice work. This reminded me of one that we did for Aimees family. Not nearly the quality of restoration that you did but the family was pleased. The lady that was cloned out was the evil stepmom who felt it necessary to be in their wedding photo.

You did good! I know how time consuming photo restoration is. I restored this one for my grandmother a couple of years ago and it took me days. It's not perfect but it's a heck of a lot better!

As a payment for the work on the photo I will probably be married and get a party for free. Have no clue who the bride is though. :)
(They will try to recreate an old marriage and I am unofficially chosen as the groom).
