im pretty stoked, im getting my 24-70mm in 2 weeks and thats when im doing the shoot.
A techer at m y school's daughter(in her 20's) is starting to become a well known musician in B.C and needs some headshots and promo shots for her to hand out to try to land the big record deal. and my teacher highly recommended me! im sending her my portfolio tonight to sse if its what shes looking for and then she will pay me to what i feel i deserve. and if this all goes well she will also want a photoshoot done at Whistler Mountain(ski slope here in Canada) and shed pay me to go up there then pay me to do the shoot.

Normally I'd charge between $150-$250 for such things. Now, if I were doing an up and coming artist, I just MIGHT put a model release section in my contract ;-)

Depends on how you want to use them. Technically, if you are using them to sell your services, you should have a release form, since you are using them to sell a service.

im not using them, there for her to give to Producers.
and for charging should i charge 150 bucks just for my time and effort? and then charge per print as well? or should i say like 150 bucks will get her the shoot +10 processed images?
i charge $100 usd per hour to shoot and $50 usd per hour to post process. then i have a site where they can order prints and i get half. good luck!

and i think people(my friends) think im over charging when i tell them thats how much i think ill charge because im only 16.

i was thinking of maybe 100 bucks standalone(not per hour since the teacher has helped me out alot for many things) and then 25 bucks for processing. then like 20 bucks an 8x10-12 and 10 bucks for 4X6
