Looking back at my comment, I think I worded it wrong. Technically it's not against the current rules, but rather it is against the "ettiquet" of what most people feel to be acceptable. So my use of the phrase "not suposed to" was in fact wrong. a better phrase would be "innapropriate".
I think that's a better way of putting it.
