I shot this for the HDR Challenge a little while back and got some great feedback and a 6th place finish, I know some people don't like the Tone Mapping on HDR images but at the end of the day its still art and each to his own I guess...
After thinking I no want to shoot all the sheakespeare properties in Warwickshire and possibly go on to do the rest of the touristy areas - Heres my first outing this month to cove teh Anne Hathaway Cottage. C&C welcome by all means and I would like you to choose your favourite one or two please...

Im still not 100% on this HDR technique and do still prefer traditional photography but it does get peoples interest and I kinda enjoy doing it - I guess it allows me to use techniques of oversaturating and get away with it easier...
I love HDR, and not just subtle HDR, I like big-time nasty HDR as well! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion about HDR, and my opinion is that if you don't like it you can kiss my big, white, hairy arse, because I'm going to keep on doing it. :-P

I notice that all the images have a very distinct light line across the approximate middle of each. Is that some sort of watermark - or something else?

Yeah your dang right - just decided to start doing it as my images have always been marked in the bottom right hand corner with my name but can still be easily ripped off by cropping the right hand edge off, probably change my mind soon if it distracts from the image though.

I remember going to the Anne Hathaway Cottage when I was 8. It was in summer and the garden was full of flowers - perhaps you can return when the garden is a riot of colour and see how that turns out in HDR.

That is the plan but in summer the tourism will be dificult to shoot around...
