Would anyone like to participate in a 30 Day Christmas/Holiday Challege? We could start on November 24th and end on Christmas Eve, December 24th. I know people are busy this time of year but I thought some people might be interested.
I love to do it as well. I am a little concerned that when I did the recent "Macro" & "Pets" 30 day chllenges, it added a huge amount of images to my portfolio.
I really enjoyed it, so who cares.....I am in as well.
I dooo love Christmas. And I have been saying that I should take more photos. But I'm not sure I'll have Christmas stuff out and ready. And I'm pretty miserable at challenges of any kind, especially for extended periods of time. I'll have to consider it.

Basically, there's usually just a topic and you shoot an image for it every day for 30 days. People usually post their image each day in the designated thread. No contest or anything, just a topic and personal challenge.

Yay, more takers! It doesn't have to be Christmas decorations or ornaments, it could be a snowy scene that reminds you of the holidays (if you get snow, that is), it could be wrapping paper, shop windows with gifts and lights, holiday food and meals, there are so many possibilities.
Looks like there are 11 of us, hopefully more will at least start it. We'll start on the 24th, I'll post the official thread then where we can all post our photos.
Looking forward to this...Hopefully it will get me into that Holiday spirit. Being from Seattle and now living in Arizona, it's hard to think of Christmas when it's 80+ degrees out! LOL
So, Karen, do we choose one topic? I was thinking of just doing holiday greens. Could mean wreaths, green lights, green ornaments, green elves (yes we do have them around here) etc. Let me know.

I don't think we'll limit it to one topic, for this challenge anything Christmas/holiday related will be good. But of course you can always limit yourself and make the challenge more "challenging" for yourself. :)
