You can take my entry with you. It's not playing nice with the voters. ;-)
That's it, my entry wants to meet your entry behind the gym after school. ;P
My entry would be happy to, but it is already getting its arse kicked by the voters. You'll have to make the next scheduled butt kicking of my image for around dinner time so it has some time to recoop. ;-P
What's up with the high scores? The last Black & White II challenge had a high score of about 6.8. Are the entries that much better with all the 7+ scores, or have the voters relaxed a bit?
WutchathinkVern?
Just finished voting through half of the entries and I have to say that I am unimpressed for the most part. A few very nice ones but lots of uninteresting subjects and / or flat images with little tonal range.
Oh... and here's my score to boot.

You guys are right about people taking the name of a challenge literally. Yikes, be sure your B&W challenge entries have absolutly no tint to them at all! ;-)
seems my entries of late have comment repellant on them.
Your scores are starting to get into that zone where noone has anything bad to say... you'll be stuck in the not comment zone until you start getting to around 5.8 or so.
It's very common to not get comments with entries around 5.2 to 5.7. But, the fact that you are up into that zone show major improvement on your part.
A couple months ago, I had five entries in a row get exactly eight comments during the voting. They all fell into the 5.12-5.86 range....no comment land.
Waiting for Shannon's hypothesized creeping up to occur.
The night after voting starts is usually my low point for the week. The scores tend to bounce back by early afternoon the second day. Unless of course you enter a dud... they don't bounce. ;-)
