that's so close you got some subtle texture on the petals too . wonderful job.
Was a challenge not blowing the highlights. Even when the histogram on my camera was far on the left with nothing on the right, when I checked the histogram in Photoshop the red channel was blown badly. Had to reshoot and sacrifice shadow detail. Seems a single colour subject fools the camera histogram, which shows only luminance.
