On the plus side, two people like it alot. I'm now much happier. Love it or hate it shots do indeed work for me (see Free Study XII). Not scorewise, of course - those tend to suck scorewise - but for personal satisfaction.

I'm so glad that was you who got that weird comment! :) Salvador Dali had a pet lobster that he used to walk on a leash in New York City. He also created a lobster phone. By asking you for "more lobster" I was asking for a scooch more Surrealism, and at the same time making my comment Surreal. See? It all makes perfect sense! hahahahaha oh, and I wound up giving you an 8, so I guess I wasn't too concerned.

LoL. ok. I get it now. My original idea had more "lobster" but lobster is hard to come by in just a week(wanted to do it near a lake but couldnt find one to use), in a small town(couldnt find cool stuff),on a small budget(trying to be cheap.lol). espically when one is too lazy to wake up early enough to move an entire childrens room outside before sunrise. I had to pare back a little. ;P but thanks for the 8! can't argue with that!

I think there should be some kind of bonus for getting very low scores without any comments. Like, if it's below 4.5, you get to subtract 0.1 for every comment below 10 you don't get.
So my adjusted score is 3.0682.

I hope not, too! I'll tell you Wednesday afternoon. I figure that's when I'll look at scores again. That way this one has time to stabilize, the oxymoron score will be gone (yay!) and I won't have to look at the Bokeh score until it's been in the challenge for at least 12 hours. You have way more comments, though - I only have two. Not sure that's a good sign...
I can hope! With scores turned off, I can simply assume it magically rose from the depths of FourLand to above a 6, too! :-) You never know... that's the fun of having scores turned off.
And hey, I may suck, but I write good photographer comments that make people laugh sometimes. So there's that.
