Post a message in DPC's buy/sell forum and see if you get any bites. Short of that, I'd check the typical used photo equipment sites and see if you find any there. The classifieds on Astromart typically have lots of good camera and equipment sales, and then there's always KEH Camera.

Or Kiev Camera They are an importer of Russian and Eastern European optics. They have an operation in Atlanta, so if you order from them, the lens will ship from Atlanta. This means you wait a few days for UPS.
Some vendors on ebay don't have the lens in stock and will have it shipped to you straight from the factory in Belarus. This means a wait of 2-3 weeks. While it's kinda neat to get a package all the way from Belarus, the contents are the same.
I purchased my Peleng 8mm from rugift.com for about $200 USD, but I see they are now at $285, whereas Kiev Camera is still at $249, same as they were a couple years ago.
I love my peleng, I've had a difficult time finding places to use it though. In the AZ sun it's hard to take a photo outside without your shadow in it, or the sun dominating the photo with major lens flair. You can't use filters or a lens hood with it either.
You manually set the aperture and focus on the lens, but that adds to the coolness factor, and a blind man could manually focus it.
Just a note that the previously mentioned Pentax 10-17mm fisheye zoom is probably going to be released in a couple of months by Tokina for the other mounts.

I bought the lens on ebay August 10th. Still haven't received so I e-mailed the seller about an expected arrival date. He informed me it would ship Mon or Tues NEXT WEEK. What the hell is he hanging on to it for?

It's very possible that this is the reason. He didn't hold it for funds to clear did he?
If there's no clear reason for the delay, give him neutral feedback with a note as to why (late shipment, poor communication).

No, funds were instantly sent to him through paypal with my checking account. He has replied about customs and offered to refund my money. But he was the cheapest and if I get a refund I will have to buy another and wait on shipping again. I just e-mailed him back and said it was ok that I will wait until then.
I just called their store, and he said that they will be in his hands on Tuesday of next week.
I'm thinking of putting an order in to get one. I just got the Sigma 15mm 2.8 Fisheye today. And while I really like it.... I love the more curved angle of the Peleng. Ugh
I'm thinking of sending it back.... although, 2 fisheyes wouldn't be bad! ;)

Well if he will have them by then then that is fine that is what he told me in an e-mail. He was quick to reply when I asked I just wished he would have put it in the auction then I would have known.
