OK I just recreated it. Those of you with Corel Paint Shop Pro X can validate doing the same if you wish:

Resize to 50%
Adjust/One Step Noise Removal
Brightness/Contrast/Clarify (set at 5.0) [I can't recall what number I originally used here]
Color/Fade Correction (set at 16) [I can't recall if I even used this originally, but I usually do so I'll apply here as well]
Hue & Saturation - Hue/Saturation/Lightness..
- Reds - Hue 9, Saturation 8, Lightness 0
- Yellows - Hue 15, Saturation -6, Lightness 13
- Greens - Hue 0, Saturation -21, Lightness 0
- Cyans - Hue 0, Saturation -13, Lightness 0
- Blues - Hue 0, Saturation -13, Lightness 0
- Magentas - Hue 0, Saturation 0, Lightness 0
Brightness/Contrast/Clarify (set at 3.0) [I can't recall what number I originally used here]
Curves - Channel RGB, Input 0, Output 0. I made a slight downward bend in the bottom left had square of the graph. [forgot I even used curves - my apologies]
Resize to 640 x 427 pixels
Adjust, Sharpness, Sharpen

For the love of everything that is good...please be as specific as possible in your editing steps when asked for them!
If you desaturated, tell us HOW you desaturated it. If you cloned...tell us WHAT you cloned.

Before anyone try to say that isn't possible; I think having the few popular ones would suffice - a few besides Adobe's Photoshop
We do have folks on SC who speak several editing languages (PaintShopPro, Photoshop, and GIMP). :) The problem is when SC does not get a set of editing steps that make sense. It's the job of the PHOTOGRAPHER to provide correct editing steps to SC.
SC will work at figuring out how the shot was edited, but if they don't have the steps it's much harder. With the number of different plugins out there its next to impossible to stay on top of every possible editing step. :)

I personally think you guys sit together in a dark room wearing pointy hats and plot aimed DQ weeks in advanced. once you have DQ a photo you all do the evil laugh: uuaahhhha HA HA HA !!
About being qualified in different editing software - I have used Paint Shop Pro since version 7. I just got (won) a copy of PSPX, installed it over the weekend. I am very good in PSP. PSPX is not that different than the earlier versions.
I also have PhotoShop CS, but I'm not as versed in PS. I use it, especially as a translator (because so many tutorials, books, threads and so on are written for PS) and to do some things that I find easier to do in PS than in PSP (in particular, working with masks).
I don't think anyone needs to feel that their photo will be disqualified if they're not using PhotoShop here. Otherwise, pretty much all of my entries would be disqualified, and they aren't.

Except that a couple of us have a red pom-pon on our hats.
Just because someone was wondering about what SC uses to persoanlly edit -- we are amazingly well versed in several different versions. I use (though I obviously don't use them very well) PSP7, Elements, and have used the GIMP in the past, as well as some others.
What can help tremendously, to add to what heather said, is that in your photographer's comments, mention what you used. "In PSP, I . . ." Then, those of us with that particular software, will try to take a stab at it.
