I have the perfect idea for an entry in the gold challenge. But I need a helicopter and Kahones the size of Cleveland. And a fish-eye lens. I predict I'll get none of the above in the next 39 hours so I'm going to have to settle for something much more mundane. And its raining, further limiting my choices.
Challenge desc says find something gold, not find something made of gold. Of course the interpretation could go either way, and probably will. A shame the challenge descs can't be better defined.
Oh, jeeze, am I going to get a DNMC if I don't use something literally made out of gold?

As for the "color gold" vs. "made out of gold," the description doesn't specify so don't blow a head gasket worrying about it (again). Just take your best shot.

Just submitted after spending 3 hours on deciding which one to submit. I had two shots- one which I love personally and other which I know will score atleast 6.0 (but not much of my taste and I have already done something similar...twice! :()
Finally I took the risk of submitting what I like....but I was left with not much time to process it. Hope it does not screw up my average score ....atleast. But I'm happy for finally submitting without worrying (much) about the scores :)
This is my fastest entry (Tuesday) and will probably bomb like all my shots lately, but for once I don't care! I showed it to one friend last night, and he wants to have it in a poster-sized print. THAT makes up for any sub-5 score it may get :D
